Grinder (enemy)

Bad, bad monkey!
Grinder is a type of monkey who antagonized Yoshi in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. Grinders usually appear in tropical locations and for unknown reasons seem to enjoy attacking Yoshi without provocation, some of their method of attack include, spitting seeds, dropping bombs and they will sometimes grab Baby Mario. Grinders cannot be eaten, killed with eggs or beaten by being jumped on, it only knocks them out.
Grinders possibly inspired (or are) the Ukikis from Super Mario 64 and later games.
Grinders also made a reapperance in Yoshi's Island DS.
