You just modify it to make it look like this

Hmm...you don't need to create a page to do that!Just type User:Ludwig von Luigi(for userpage) or User talk:Ludwig von Luigi(talk page).Do not create these kind of pages they will be deleted and they may send you a warning to block you!But no worries!It's the first time you do that.Count Bonsula I need blood...

I belive it's time to tell you this.A user has right to creat a userpage,a sign page,a welcome page and a status page.Their name should be like this:
User:Ludwig von Luigi
User:Ludwig von Luigi/sig
User:Ludwig von Luigi/welcome
User:Ludwig von Luigi/status
Now,to make your sig,you have to creat a page named User:Ludwig von Luigi/sig
Then past this in the scroll box
