Microgame Ikachan of the category Big Name Games, made by Pixel
Ikachan

Ikachan is a microgame made by Pixel with WarioWare: D.I.Y. for download in the category Big Name Games. It is available in America since April 5, 2010. Currently, it is not known if and when the game will be taken off in the future.

Gameplay

Ikachan is a squid-like creature from Pixel's game of the same name and is also found in his later game Cave Story. In the microgame, which takes double the standard time, three Ikachan in different colors appear underwater, specifically in yellow, white and gray. Three clams of the same colors are found in the lower part of the screen.

When a clam opens, the player has to tap the Ikachan of the same color, causing it to swim into the clam and close it. The positions of the Ikachan and clams and the time the clams open are always random. The player wins when all Ikachan have swum into their clams. If he or she takes too much time, a fish appears and bites the Ikachan, causing the player too lose. In case of success, either the line "Danger GONE!" appears on screen or the cat Ame swims by, another creation of Pixel.
