Microbuffer

Microbuffer is a character from Donkey Kong 64. He is a microphone with blue eyes, a mustache, and a tuxedo, who introduces K. Rool and the Kongs in the final boss fight. He gives very dramatic descriptions for each Kong and moves around by hopping. The Micro buffer seems to be a functioning microphone all on his own.
