Blorb Mushroom

A Blorb Mushroom is a strange item only mentioned in Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. It was given to Mushroom Kingdom citizens from a merchant in a cape not from their kingdom. The merchant is later found to be Fawful, who had made the mushroom. Eating it causes Toads to get the Blorbs Disease and puff up to enormous sizes, which can only be cured my the Miracle Cure.
