The mini-game Waluigi's Reign.
Waluigi's Reign is one of the mini-games from Mario Party-e.
Two players take turns running Mario in a shower of Coins and Hammers. When the timer runs out, it's player two's turn. The objective is to collect more coins than the other player. If the player gets hit by a hammer, their turn is over and the game switches to their opponent.
