Entei
Entei is the Volcano Pokémon, and is a Legendary Fire Pokémon from the Pokémon series. It is one of the genderless Three Legendary Beasts. Being a Fire Pokémon, it can control fire and shoot it out of its body, and make volcanoes erupt when barking.
Super Smash Bros. series
Entei appears in Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Brawl as a Pokémon chosen from a Poké Ball, a Trophy, and Sticker (in Brawl). When chosen by a Poké Ball, Entei uses the move Fire Spin, making a vertical pillar of fire come down to itself. Anybody except for the player who chose it would get major damage done to them if they touched the fire. In Melee, Entei's trophy could only be obtained by clearing the Trophy Tussle 2 event. In this event, the player had to battle the computer players in a free-for-all battle on top of a giant Entei trophy. Besides being shaped very strangely by stage standards, there were no side-effects on this stage.
Trophy Information
Melee
A volcanic Fire-type, Entei is hotter than liquid magma and as tough as nails. This powerful creature was one of the three Pokémon running around the Burned Tower of Ecruteak City. It tends to wander all over the landscape, sprouting intense flames from its body.
Brawl
A Volcano Pokémon. When Entei barks, a volcano erupts, and it's said that a new Entei is born every time a volcano appears. A proverb claims that the warmth of summer is created by Entei racing through the clouds. Entei uses Fire Spin, a flaming vortex that traps and damages foes for multiple turns.
