Time Out is the name of a special move given to Mario by the Star Spirit, Klevar, in the game Paper Mario.
Similar to the Stop Watch, Time Out can freeze large groups of enemies for a few turns. However, justlike theother Star power, Lullaby, it might not always work, but it has a better chance of working then the other.
Time Out costs 2 Star Energy bars.
