A Mii on the Bon Bon.

The Bon Bon (also known as the Sugarscoot in North America) is a Medium sized bike found in Mario Kart Wii. As the US name suggests, the Sugarscoot resembles a motorized scooter. There is a four-point star shape at the front of the bike and has a spare tire on the back. Only middlewight characters can ride on this vehicle.

The Sugarscoot has great handling along with good acceleration, off-road, and mini-turbo. However, its speed, weight, and drifting are pretty low. It shares the same stats as the Royal Racer.

  • Speed: Mid-low

  • "Bon Bon" means candy in some countries.
  • Although this bike is available from the start, its kart counterpart, the Royal Racer, is an unlockable.
  • When Yoshi finishes in 1st place while riding the Sugarscoot, he does not stick out his tongue as he does with other vehicles. This also occurs with the Zip Zip.
