Pollen Nap

In Super Mario RPG, the Pollen Nap is a special attack used by enemies of Mario and his party of heroes that turns an ally (Mario, Mallow, Geno, Toadstool, or Bowser) into a mushroom. Once in mushroom state, the affected character can not attack, defend, use items, or use magic. However, a positive side effect is that the aflicted character heals a small amount of HP after every complete turn.
