This is a made up Koopatrol in charge of all the Koopatrols. The orignial picture is form Nintendo but I added more stuff. He is not actually a Koopa Troopa but a Koopa Kid.

Moves Whistle (summons another Koopatrol), Charge Up (ATK+2), Spiky Headbutt (4), Power Shell (4 to Mario, partner), Flail (N/A), Get Up (Stops Being Flipped), Hide (Prevents damage, but not flipping)
Items Custom made Koopatrol Armor
Coins
Log Occasionally uses an attack called Charge that saves up energy, and can call in backup for support if you don't defeat it quickly.

That's the Koopatrol Commander. A Koopa kid who protects himself with Custom made spiked armor. Max HP is 600, Attack is 64 and Defense is 60. It attacks with its shell, with its punches and with its head, then sometimes charges up for a fierce move. Plus, if you take to long to win, it'll call in reinforcements. Yeah, sorta gnarly, huh? It's the worst of Bowser's Koopatrols. This is one of the few people who Bowser has that you don't want to fight. He can call in all sorts of reinforcements from goombas, to shy guys, to hammer bro, to koopatrols, even bob-ombs and chain chomps.

Well now for some real facts about my self. My name is Austin Morehead, I am fifteen years old. My favorite video game series is The Legend of Zelda series. I am a Christian. My favorite band is Relient K. My favorite games for the Nintendo 64 are Legend of Zelda Orcarina of Time, Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask, Super Mario 64, Paper Mario, Super Smash Bros., Battletanxs and Mario Kart 64. For the Nintendo Gamecube my favorites are Mario Kart double dash, Luigi's Mansion, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Paper Mario and the one-thousand year door, and Star Wars Bounty Hunter. ( I hated all the Zelda games for Gamecube.) Then last but not Least the Nintendo Wii. The best game are Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess (which is the best video game i have ever played.) Super Smash bros Brawl, and Lego Rock Band.
