Hop! Hop! Donut Lifts
Hop! Hop! Donut Lifts is a level in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. It is the first level in the game to feature a moving screen, in which the screen does not move alongside Yoshi, but by itself. This, alongside the fact the level takes place in the sky, makes this level a hard time for beginners, but can be categorized as Easy for those who no longer have trouble with the moving.
The level starts off on safe ground, but quickly turns to its sky-self. It is recommended for the player to hit the Help Block here, as it gives interesting tips for newbies. Once this is clear, the player should begin by jumping on the purple spinning wheel of platforms. The player should wait for Yoshi to collect the two red coins and then immediately jump to the other purple platform and wait until it lowers and touches the Special Flower. Next to this platform will be another Spinning Wheel, this time green. It will also hold two red coins. Now a new kind of moving wheel is introduced. This moving wheel moves with Yoshi's weight, so Yoshi must stand on a platform and jump to the one above repeatedly for the wheel to move to the right or left, depending on the situation. This spinning wheel offers a few red coins, and in the very end, a flower. As Yoshi hops off it, the player should eat the Shy Guy and the Crazee Dayzee, as the eggs will prove themselves useful later. The next thing the player will see is a ? Cloud. If the player ate the enemies before, then he or she should throw an egg at the cloud for some stars to appear. It might be hard to collect them all.
Now the level will start moving up. The player should try to be on top of the screen to save time. Eventually, another Special Flower will show up. The player should grab it and hop on the red platform, and then on the purple platform. After this, the player should jump on the rock to the left and make contact with the Middle Ring. Another Moving Wheel will pop up. The player must repeat the process of jumping on the above platform and collect the red coins and the Special Flower in the end. The screen will continue going up. The player should try collecting all coins in the process. A Fly Guy holding a ? Cloud should appear somewhere in the climb. Yoshi can either eat it or throw an egg at it for some stars. As the screen keeps going up, Yoshi should try to hit the other ? Cloud for more stars. It is recommended to eat the enemies here. After that, Yoshi will find himself in a Donut Bridge. The player should try to quickly aim for the Special Flower trapped in the dirt with an egg to grab it. As Yoshi continues running, the player should notice some coins below the Donuts. The key is for the player to wait for the Donuts to fall a bit and grab 2-3 coins at the same time. After this, safe land will show up again. The player should jump on it to see the exit to the level just but a few steps away.

- There are very dangerous Donut Lifts throughout this stage. They will fall shortly after you stand on them. Step lightly!
