Change the text of past archived appeals

So far, the current template shows the text:

All completed appeals are archived here. {{#ifeq:{{SUBPAGENAME}}|Archive|Please add new entries to the '''bottom''' of the page.|This page is protected to preserve the discussions as they were.}}

Except the current archive is already protected as only administrators can rule on a warning or such, and therefore only they can edit it, unlike with proposal archives, in which the current one can also be added by non-admins. So the archive text, while not misleading, shows something that is also true for the current appeal archive, that being protection status. Therefore, I would like it to be changed to something like:

All completed appeals are archived here. {{#ifeq:{{SUBPAGENAME}}|Archive|Please add new entries to the '''bottom''' of the page.|This page is a past archive and should not be edited.}}

This makes more sense, as both forms are protected regardless. Altendo 19:18, February 4, 2025 (EST)
