Mario's Star is a golf course in Mario Golf for the Nintendo 64 and Mario Golf: World Tour for the Nintendo 3DS. Each of its holes is based on a character from the Super Mario franchise, such as the first hole being shaped like Yoshi and the last hole being shaped like Mario and Luigi. Because of this, the fairways are often divided instead of being one long stretch of terrain.

In Mario Golf, the course is unlocked after collecting 2500 Course Points. Its out-of-bounds zone is represented by Piranha Plants, sunflowers and Fire Flowers while its background depicts many stars scattered among clouds. The course's music is an arrangement of the Super Mario Bros. Ground Theme. If the player is able to beat Bowser or Metal Mario in a game on this course, a different version of the credits rolls along with a new ending image.

In Mario Golf: World Tour, the course can be downloaded with Rock-Candy Mines and Rosalina in the Star Pack. Its holes are drastically redesigned, now resembling more modern artwork of each character. The course is additionally now set in space, with each hole being made up of various floating platforms. Its background now features Super Mario Galaxy elements such as Star Bits and Rainbow Stars as well various other floating platforms. The course's music is now completely different from that of the original version, although it still references the Ground Theme.
