Rename to "Stopwatch"?

Awhile back, this proposal passed, leading to many item pages being renamed to match their latest appearance (TTYD remake). However, this proposal was only for PM items, and as such Stop Watch (which originated in SMB2) was excluded. Still, "Stopwatch" is the most recent name used, so should we move the page? Given the past few Switch remakes/remasters, I think a better approach would be to treat any unchanged text in any reissue as an exception to the recent name rule - same as we generally do for emulations. This way, there's less scrambling whenever a 'big' rerelease happens. As far as I know, "Stopwatch" and related text is completely unchanged from 2004, and in my view, being arbitrary carried over is not necessarily indicative of recency.
