A Winged Cloud.
Winged Clouds are clouds with an ? on them and have wings. Whenever a Yoshi hits it with a Yoshi Egg, either items will appear or an effect will occur. They only appear in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island DS. They are found in almost every level.
