Snaptors[1] are enemies that appear in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. They are red birds that have plier-like beaks, yellow slit eyes, and coil necks.
Snaptors name is a portmanteau of "snap" and "raptor".
Battle
A Snaptor will fly away and wrap around the screen, then it will grab Luigi and throw him directly at Mario.[2]
