Pegs are items and obstacles that appear in DK: King of Swing and DK: Jungle Climber. Pegs aid the Kongs by helping them climb throughout the levels. As well as Peg Boards, they come in different colors. Pegs can come in red, blue, and green. These pegs also make up Peg Boards. Peg Boards also make appearances in the Jungle Jam. They mostly appear in the Climbing Races, where the player starts to climb Peg Boards but then must climb up some pegs. To swing on pegs, the player needs to press the and buttons.
