The Tsukushinbomu is a special Horsetail that can grow bombs on its stem. They appear in chapter 6 of Super Mario-kun Volume 13.
With Wanda knocked out by Drago, the heroes are getting stomp over by it without her bomb magic to help them. The Chiyōrō-sama arrives to their rescue, by making a field of tsukushinbomu appears. Mario grabs all the bombs he can, but about to throw them at Drago, it starts begging using tear-jerking lies for which Mario falls for it, causing the bombs to explode in his hands.
