“Stomp on enemies using only the Spin Jump without touching the ground to earn 1-Ups.”
In-game description
Spin Jump, Get Dizzy
Spin Jump, Get Dizzy

Spin Jump, Get Dizzy is a Special Challenge in New Super Mario Bros. U. The course takes place in a setting similar to Urchin Shoals, from Sparkling Waters. The name of this challenge is inspired by the Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island level Touch Fuzzy, Get Dizzy.

Objective[edit]

The player must get as many 1-Ups as possible by using the Spin Jump ability to jump on and stomp Goombrats and Paratroopas (using them as platforms to go up). Once the player exceeds ten thousand (10,000) points from jumping on enemies, any more enemies stomped will result in a 1-Up, which the player must collect at least 3 of to pass the challenge. If the player touches the ground or stomps on an enemy without using the Spin Jump, they automatically fail the challenge.
