All-Star Summit is a golf course added in version 4.0.0 of Mario Golf: Super Rush. It takes place on a series of clifftops located above the clouds at night. It is similar to Mario's Star from the original Mario Golf in that the holes are designed to resemble various Super Mario characters. Brick Blocks and Bouncy Clouds are found throughout All-Star Summit, the latter of which are used as transportation during Speed Golf. Hitting the Brick Blocks with golf balls will destroy them and yield coins while slightly reducing the shot's power. Coin clusters shaped like clouds, stars, and moons float above the course; they will be collected by any balls that pass near them. The course is surrounded by colorful spotted hills resembling the ones in World 1 from New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and there are fireworks shaped like Mushrooms, Yoshi Eggs, and Super Stars going off in the background.
All-Star Summit is the only course other than Shelltop Sanctuary to feature Star Coins. Collecting one will completely fill the player's Special Shot gauge.
