Probably because "Adventure Mode" is a mode in several games, of which the Mushroom Kingdom is a setting. Super Mario RPG (talk) 15:50, August 24, 2024 (EDT)

Is this only instance of a comma in an identifier on this wiki? It's certainly unusual. What other games have an "Adventure Mode"? If none of the Mushroom Kingdom areas in those could really be called "stages" and we need to be specific, then I'd suggest "Mushroom Kingdom (Adventure Mode stage)".
