New Super Mario Bros.[edit]

Just checking. Are we certain that wasn't Taylor in NSMB using recycled clips? Martinet is credited for "Voice" (undoubtedly for new voice clips made for this game), so it stands to reason that Mills would have been credited too if she had anything new to say as Peach here. Is it correct to say that everything she says comes right out of Partners in Time (Mills), or is it actually from someone else (Taylor)? Kyubihanyou (talk) 19:07, 28 February 2015 (EST)

There is no evidence that Nicole Mills voiced Peach in NSMB. While there is some new Peach audio in the game, a lot of the voice clips are actually recycled clips of Jen Taylor. And since the game doesn't credit Peach's voice actor we can't either confirm or deny that Nicole Mills recorded any of the lines.--Dubonus (talk) 18:15, December 24, 2023 (EST)

If we can find the clips in New Super Mario Bros. (which is very few clips by the way), and match them to a game of Taylor's, that would basically be evidence. If the clips aren't discovered to match to any of Taylor's old clips, it would basically be left to believe that these are new lines by Mills, maybe even leftover from Partners in Time. Oddly enough, Peach in New Super Mario Bros. voice texture sounds unmatching to either for some reason.

The scream and the gasp certainly come from Sunshine. Peach does that scream when picked up by Shadow Mario and that gasp when saved from him. I'm pretty sure that giggle is Jen Taylor's as well, but I couldn't find it in any prior games. The rest of the clips is probably leftover from other recording sessions, which means they could've been recorded by either Jen Taylor or Nicole Mills. I also think that the "Thank You" voice clip might've been recorded by a Nintendo employee, 'cause it doesn't quite sound like Jen Taylor OR Nicole Mills. However, at this point, giving credit to anybody besides Jen Taylor would be a speculation.Dubonus (talk)

You know what, I have to agree my friend, that’s as good of a description I think we can make with what info we have and the voice clips https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=tQsTwHa_SCs. I’m glad in 2024 all this has finally been given a fair digestible assessment--47.223.58.232 08:56, July 29, 2024 (EDT)
