The Light Tripper is Princess Peach's unlockable signature kart in Mario Kart DS. It is a small, light yellow kart with a high hood and a low body. The emblem is located on the hood.

The Light Tripper has the highest drift stat in the game. It also has below-average speed, weight, and handling; high acceleration; and low items. Its weight is tied with the Light Dancer, and its handling is tied with the Brute.

The kart is unlocked for Peach when the player wins a gold trophy in all Nitro cups on 100cc. Daisy and Dry Bones can use this kart once all gold trophies are won in all Nitro or Retro Grand Prix cups on 150cc, and it becomes available for everyone else when a gold trophy is obtained in every cup on 150cc Mirror Mode.
