Mario & Luigi: Brothership is an upcoming game of the Mario & Luigi series set to be released worldwide for the Nintendo Switch on November 7, 2024. First announced during the June 2024 Nintendo Direct, it is the sixth original installment in the Mario & Luigi series, the ninth installment overall, and the first original Mario & Luigi game since Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam, released over eight years prior. It is also the first installment released on a home console, and the first game since original series developer AlphaDream's bankruptcy in 2019.
