A UFO is a type of flying enemy in Princess Peach: Showtime!, specifically in three of the four levels where Peach uses the Mighty Peach transformation.

There are two types of UFOs in the game, a large one that serves as the boss of two of the levels, and a smaller type that attempts to abduct one or two Theets at a time.

In Mighty Mission: Alien Invasion, the large UFO shows up to abduct the Theets' safety bunker as a whole. Professor sets up a launchpad function in a combined launchpad-elevator and Peach sets off flying to chase the UFO. A medium-sized spherical alien stands in the way between Peach and the UFO, with Peach grabbing onto the alien's fist and swings it into the UFO to defeat it.

In Mighty Mission: The Rescue, the large UFO shows up to suck up pieces of a highway that Peach and some Theets are running on. While Peach cannot be sucked up by the UFO, the nearby Theets can and Peach must therefore throw broken cars at the UFO to halt its advance. After Peach has saved various scientist Theets the UFO shows up again, and Professor this time sets up a kaiju machine which sets up a big battle between Peach and the UFO that Peach eventually wins.

Smaller UFOs can be seen in Mighty Mission: Alien Invasion, Mighty Mission: The Rescue and Mighty Rehearsal. The ones that stand stationary cannot kidnap any Theets whereas those who move around are able to kidnap them.
