Peach Beach is a race course in the game Mario Kart: Double Dash!! for the Nintendo GameCube. The beach is reminiscent of Gelato Beach and other areas from Super Mario Sunshine. According to the game manual, it is Princess Peach's favorite beach resort, and so therefore own by her.
The race course starts out at a street that looks like Delfino Plaza. Near the starting line there is a bill board with Peach on it. She is holding a parasol and has her tied back. When entering the beach in a Ricco Harbor-like area, the Daisy Cruiser can be seen in the background. While racing on the beach, Cataquacks (from Super Mario Sunshine) of four different colors will charge at the racer if he or she goes near them. The final stretch takes place on a path similar to those at Bianco Hills. The award ceremony at the end of every cup is taken place here. The stage is in the Mushroom Cup.
A "Peach Beach" logo appears on a bus in Mushroom Bridge, in the same game. This bus may take characters to Peach Beach but it is not confirmed. Also the license plate of this bus is "SUN".
Peach Beach has been seen in Mario Kart Wii along with other former tracks from previous Mario Kart Games. It is updated graphically. There is another large cruise ship near the beach as in Double Dash!! Notice that the pipe with the double items in Mario Kart Double Dash is not there in Mario Kart Wii. There are also pink umbrellas over the spectators. This course is in the Shell Cup.
Trivia
- It is possible that Peach Beach is located on Isle Delfino, although the course itself does not tell where is located on specifically.
- Cataquacks are able to walk through the water in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, but get destroyed when they touch it in Super Mario Sunshine .
