Fuzzy Clifftop, or Rock-Candy Mines-1, is the first course of Rock-Candy Mines in New Super Mario Bros. U. It is revealed when Skyward Stalk, Fliprus Lake, or Iggy's Volcanic Castle is completed, and this course itself unlocks a red ! Switch and Porcupuffer Falls.

Layout

The level begins on a platform, with a Fuzzy on a track above. Two Stretch Blocks are found, and the Fuzzy lands on a circular track located between them. A ? Block containing a power-up is found, followed by one containing a Yoshi's Egg. More Stretch Blocks are found, along with Fuzzies on tracks. Some fruits on bushes are found, along with a Frost Piranha in a Warp Pipe. A Piranha Plant is found, along with more Stretch Blocks and Fuzzies. A bush with two fruits on it is found, along with the Checkpoint Flag. A Paddle Platform on a track follows, and a Fuzzy is found above. Another Yoshi's Egg is located in a ? Block before another Frost Piranha. More Stretch Blocks and a Fuzzy are then found. A third Frost Piranha is found upside down on a platform. A section with more Fuzzies and Stretch Blocks is found, leading to a Warp Pipe. The Warp Pipe leads to another Paddle Platform and the Goal Pole.

Star Coins

  • Star Coin 1: The first Star Coin is above a Fuzzy at the beginning of the course.
  • Star Coin 2: Before the section with a spinning four-way platform is a green Warp Pipe that leads to the second Star Coin. The player needs Yoshi's Flutter Jump to reach the Star Coin.
  • Star Coin 3: The third Star Coin is in plain sight. It can be reached after a series of Piranha Plants.
