Baby-A-Go-Go

Baby Daisy makes her first game appearance in the Mario series as a small-sized unlockable character in Mario Kart Wii. Like Baby Mario, Baby Luigi, and Baby Peach, Baby Daisy is the infant form of her adult persona, Daisy. Baby Daisy is unlocked by obtaining at least 1 Star Rank for all 50cc Wii Grand Prix Cups, or playing 1,950 races. Baby Daisy shares the same Small-sized karts as the others, but in her own personal style. In the Daisy Circuit level, there is a large golden statue of Baby Daisy in mid-air with Baby Luigi holding her. Baby Daisy is the staff ghost character for Moo Moo Meadows.

Baby to Stay

Baby Daisy is a new playable character in the Wii game, Mario Super Sluggers, the sequel to Mario superstar Baseball. Baby Daisy appears as an unlockable character once again. Her bat, like Baby Peach's, is a large baby rattle, and it is describable as golden-yellow in color. Baby Daisy has similar chemistry with every other baby character. She shares buddy chemistry with Baby Mario, Baby Luigi, Baby Peach, Baby DK, and Yoshi.

Physical Description and Traits

With an outfit based off of Daisy's current design, Baby Daisy appears in a yellow dress shirt with light yellow baby bottoms, and white tights. At the bottom of her shirt are two hoop designs; both orange and overlapping one-another. Her collar is based off of Daisy's original floral frills, and on her feet are a pair of dark orange baby shoes. To top the outfit off are Daisy's flower brooch and jeweled crown. Her crown is large in comparison to adult Daisy's, and it tilts to the side of her head. Also mentionable are her rosy cheeks, and the round yellow baby pacifier; designs shared by Baby Peach.

Baby Daisy's hair is very similar to adult Daisy's in both style and color. Baby Daisy's hair style consists of two parted bangs, which have one flipped end on each side compared to adult Daisy's two, and neck length hair that frills up at the end in a shorter fashion than Daisy's.

Personality

Akin to her adult self, Baby Daisy is presented to be full of joy and spirit; only to a higher degree. Being an energetic character, Baby Daisy is usually smiling and in a dancing movement. While she is fully capable of speech, Baby Daisy doesn't tend to say a lot; a trait shared by the other babies. Eager to participate in a competition, Baby Daisy is displayed to be a joyous competitor who likes the excitement of a challenge. Her future self is considered to be a tomboyish individual, and Baby Daisy sports a spunky attitude as well.

Film

In the Super Mario Bros. film, Baby Daisy appears in the opening scene. In an attempt to save Daisy from King Koopa, Daisy's mother, fled the alternate dimension to Earth with the egg containing Baby Daisy. She delivered the egg to St. Theresa's, secured inside a protective egg case. To keep King Koopa from completing the meteor and uniting the two dimensions, Daisy's mother placed the last separate piece of the rock in a slot on the protective case. Shortly after her mother was trapped inside a tunnel by King Koopa and killed in by a rock slide. Baby Daisy hatched shortly thereafter. Unaware of her status as an evolved dinosaur, Daisy grew up under the impression that she was a normal girl.
