The headline for the Image section starts in the middle of the Links section. Since I can't edit it, I thought I should bring it up here.

Strange

Look at the thing where it says "Umlaut and accents". There are... WEIRD characters.  Caps Lock LORD

how do you change a page name?

On the top of the page, where you can find the "article" and "discussion" tabs, there's also a "move" tab. Use this one to change the name of the page. Time Questions 06:09, 22 June 2008 (EDT)
