Room 501 is a hotel room in Luigi's Mansion 3. It is found on the 5th floor of the Last Resort, the RIP Suites. It is adjacent to the 501 Bathroom, the Elevator Shaft, and the 501 Balcony.

This is the room that Peach stayed in. There is a desk, a wardrobe, a bed, and a table with an armchair. At the beginning of the game, the 501 Bathroom is blocked by two of Peach’s Suitcases. Luigi can come back later in the game and use his Suction Shot to get rid of them. Inside all of the big suitcases is money.

There are a bunch of jack-in-the-boxes in the wardrobe. A coin the left drawer near the bed, and a paper airplane that flies out if Luigi opens the drawer to the right of the bed. If Luigi goes to the northwest corner of the room, a bunch of crows will fly away causing Luigi to get scared.

In the northeast part of the room behind the pink luggage, if Luigi uses the Dark-Light Device, it will reveal the door to the 501 Balcony. To get rid of the luggage in front of the door, Luigi will need to use the Suction Shot.

During the chase between King Boo and Luigi, King Boo makes the door to Room 501 invisible. Luigi will need to use the Dark-Light Device to make the door reappear.
