Novbi is the controller of the Nimbi elevator, called the "overator." When he is first encountered during Super Paper Mario, he is frozen solid. His girlfriend, Fallbi, asks the player for help. Novbi is finally reunited with his sweetheart after being thawed out by Bowser's fire breath.
