Move to "Luigi Block (Mario & Luigi series)"

I think this article should be moved to "Luigi Block (Mario & Luigi series)", as "L Block" is an unsourced name, while "Luigi Block" comes from the Player's Guide for Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, and is the only official English name we have for it.

Also, Since we have a block that is also named Luigi Block, I think a disambiguation page could be made for the two blocks, although that would require the already existing Luigi Block page to be moved to something else. Dinoshi 64 Yoshi, Yoshi! 18:50, March 25, 2023 (EDT)
