Template:PM1enemy Pokey Mummies are undead Pokeys that closely resemble Poison Pokeys. Pokey Mummies also fight like Poison Pokeys, having the ability to poison Mario and his friends. Nonetheless, the two are a different species. Pokey Mummies only appear in the game Paper Mario, and are found inside coffins in Dry Dry Ruins. Although these resemble coffins, there is a possibility that they are sarcophagi (just to avoid confusion). The Pokey Coffin has a face much like a Mummy Pokey itself.
Trivia
- A Pokey known as Mummipokey appears as a boss in the game New Super Mario Bros.; despite having a name similar to Pokey Mummy, Mummipokey doesn't resemble one at all.
