The ROB-BLS is R.O.B.'s first kart in Mario Kart DS. It is a round, hollow kart with five round holes and a block on each, coming in red, green, white, yellow, and blue (and has the emblem printed on each of them), resembling the trays and blocks used by the actual R.O.B. accessory to play Stack-Up. It has average acceleration, low drift and items, and great speed, weight, and handling. It, along with the Hurricane, has the highest top speed in the game. The kart has the same handling as the Mushmellow and Streamliner.
The kart, alongside R.O.B. himself and the ROB-LGS, differs between regions. In Japanese versions of the game, the kart is white and red, as opposed to being all around a darker shade of gray, which is made to highlight R.O.B.'s regional differences.
The kart is unlocked for Luigi and Wario as well when the player gets gold trophies in all Nitro or Retro Courses in 150cc, and becomes available for everyone else when gold trophies are obtained in every cup in Mirror Mode.
