Shell Shocked Deluxe is a multiplayer Toad's Rec Room minigame appearing in Super Mario Party. As the name implies, it is very similar in concept to Shell Shocked from Mario Party 2.
Gameplay
The game begins with a field selection. Each player rides in their own tank that fires cannonballs that ricochet off walls. The goal of each player is to hit the opponent as many times as possible. After one minute has elapsed, the player with the most hits win(s).
If two consoles are used, a 4 player version is available where players line up two consoles together and slide their finger across the screens to create a bigger arena. Players can play in a free for all or 2 vs 2 format where teams are locked into P1 and P3 vs P2 and P4. As a result, in two player mode it is not possible for both players to be on the same team vs two CPUs.

The player must use 
to move and to fire, though the latter is never mentioned in-game.
