Mizzo

A Mizzo is an "enemy" that appears in the Subspace Emissary. The only Mizzo is found in the display room inside the Halberd. Mizzo has an odd appearance, it has a blue head similar to a pumpkin with small arms and legs, it attached to the tank it was in with its tentacles attemping to swim leading that the Mizzo is an amphibian. Unlike the other Subspace enemies, it can't be captured, but picked in the Subspace Emissary or Coin Launcher.

Within the battleship Halberd, there's a display room where a number of enemies are on display. On the way there, a number of different enemies obstruct your path, but one enemy appears only in this display room. That enemy is Mizzo. With a round body sprouting arms and legs, its appearance and swimming motions make for an extremely bizarre being.
