Soda Star

The Soda Star (ソーダスター, Sōda Sutā) is a special Star that appears in Super Mario-kun, in chapter 12 of Super Mario-kun volume 2.
Luigi gets intoxicated by a Volcano Plant's powder, which turn him into stone. Yoshi and Mario forces the Plant to turn him back, but the Volcano Plant reveals that it can't, but says that maybe the Soda Star, located at the bottom of the Soda Lake could do the trick. Later, Mario and Yoshi return from their trip from the Soda Lake with a Star and place it on Luigi, but only then they realized it's a normal starfish: the real Soda Star still rests on the bottom of the lake.
