Cup Runneth Over is a microgame found in WarioWare: Touched! in the Mic Rocking stage. Its theme (colors, person etc.) is the same as the microgames Crazy Straw and Mooo-ve It! from WarioWare: Twisted!, but it doesn't have the same gameplay. The name of the microgame name comes from the idiom that describes a person who has more than enough things for their needs.
Gameplay
The objective is to make the woman blow into the straw to make the drink fill up and bubble by blowing into the mic. When the player wins, the woman will smile. This requires twice as time to complete in later levels. The game's setting takes place at a bar at nighttime.
- 1st level difficulty: The player must blow into a cup that is almost full with a blue-colored drink.
- 2nd level difficulty: The player must blow into a cup that is half-full with a green-colored drink.
- 3rd level difficulty: The player must blow into a cup that is less full with an orange-colored drink.

Trivia
- The setting outside the window is a city at night in all versions of the game, unlike the English versions of Crazy Straw and Mooo-ve It! from WarioWare: Twisted!, which used a daytime farm setting instead and a city in the Japanese version.
