Pulsar

Pulsars are small, strange creatures covered in crystaline spiked armor with red eyes who inhabit Star Hill in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Pulsars have extremely high defence and powerful electric attacks such as "Static E" and "Bolt". Pulsars are very dangerous as their kamikaze "Migraine" attack will either cause massive damage or instantly K.O., so it's best they be avoided, which is easy as only one appears in battle.

Pulsars, do to their almost exact appearance to Clusters are said to be related.
