Hey, the blue fires appears BEFORE the red fires, it is like that in MKDS and will be in MKWII Larry.gifAndré, Do your homework !!!

No way, in mkdd is blue -_- McWolf
Indeed, in Mario Kart Double Dash the red fires turn blue and not the other way round. And I remember the same colors in Mario Kart DS, though I might be wrong here, I don't have the game. - Cobold (talk · contribs) 16:26, 17 February 2008 (EST)
It's the opposite in MKDS. --Blitzwing 16:27, 17 February 2008 (EST)

Uhm, is the name even official? - Cobold (talk · contribs) 10:39, 19 February 2008 (EST)

The official name for the technic is Drifting, me think. Snaking is a fan-term meaning that someone continously drift, even in straight lines. --Blitzwing 11:46, 19 February 2008 (EST)
The official name seems to be Mini-Turbo, see here. But isn't snaking actually the combination of many Mini-Turbos? It's confusing. Time Questions 12:40, 19 February 2008 (EST)

Name Conflict[edit]

Sorry guys, but this name is incorrect. Snaking is a player's tactic and not an hability or something so -the category entry doesn't fit this-. I'd prefer that this be merged with the Mini-Turbo article at least. ¢oincollctor rsitem209.png

I second the merge. Stumpers! 01:43, 21 February 2008 (EST)
Me three. Blitzwing (talk · gnome work)

lol, the mini-turbo is a turbo start, not a turbo that you can do all time McWolf

Nope, that's the Rocket Start. Stumpers! 23:16, 27 February 2008 (EST)
