After defeating The master for the second time, you can fight him- Again -. Not as hard as his previous form. You might want to use these badges : Dodge Master, HP Plus, Zap Tap (Causes him to stop at his first attack, preventing to attack twice), Power Plus X2, All or Nothing, Close Call, Power Rush, Pretty Lucky.
This time, The Master has 99hp, 10 attack and 1 defense. After you beat him, you'll recieve the Diploma. This item proves your bravery.
