Actually, it's French. For the record, there's a translation on the image's page. I wouldn't say it needs "fixing" - it's not like the dialogue is important to the info on the page, and I personally think having another language makes it interesting. Capitalization

According to this policy, improper nouns should not be capitalized in conjectural names, so this page should be named 'Hammer Bro captain' as opposed to 'Hammer Bro Captain'.
