Merry Poppings
Template:Minigame-infobox Merry Poppings is a duel minigame found in Mario Party 5. Its name is a pun on the fictional character Mary Poppins.
Introduction
The players are floating in the sky with balloons and shoot blowguns to try and pop each other's balloons.
Gameplay
The two dueling characters are suspended in the sky by the strings of thirty balloons. Each player is given a blowgun; by pressing and simultaneously, the characters can shoot their blowgun as fast as they can to pop their opponent's balloons. The first person to pop all 30 of their adversary's balloons wins.
When the losing player runs out of balloons, the player yells in despair while falling. Then a "poof" is heard when the losing player falls through the clouds. The winning player is still in the sky waves while saying their victory line.
