The Koopasta is an item in the Paper Mario series. Tayce T. and Zess T. can both make this dish, which recovers both 7HP and 7FP and is made by cooking up a Turtley Leaf with a Dried Pasta (Paper Mario), a Fresh Pasta (Paper Mario: The Thosand-Year Door) or a Spaghetti (Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door).
