Sand Bird

Sand Bird is a bird you help hatch Super Mario Sunshine by getting rid of Cataquack. After hatching it you gain access to a mini-stage where you ride the Sand Bird to collect 8 Red Coin. The bird itself seems to have been made of sand. Not much else is known about this creature.
