Fire Shell is Kooper's ultimate attack in Paper Mario. It can only be used by leveling Kooper to the Ultra Rank. To use this move the player must expend 5 FP and then repeatedly tilt the control stick to the left to fill the gauge. All ground based enemies will be hit by a fiery attack. It can cause up to five points of damage. It works especially well on icy enemies.
