The GLOM is an invention of Iggy Koopa shown in the issue Double Trouble of the Super Nintendo Adventure books. It resembles a flower with a camera on it. It is an invention that makes copies of anything it takes a picture of. Although if examined closely, the copies are made out of sand. Also if a picture is taken of the machine itself it will continue to make copies of itself. Mario used this to create so many copies so Iggy wouldn't be able to tell which one is the actual one and lock him in Iggy's Laboratory. Iggy probably decicided to destroy the copies to escape his own lab.
