Template:Missionbox Newsletter... is the seventeenth Trouble Center mission in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, initiated by Mayor Dour. It is first available after clearing Chapter 4.

Mission

Mario must first visit Mayor Dour in his house in Twilight Town, where he asks Mario to deliver the Routing Slip to the Puni elder in The Great Tree. Upon receipt, the elder asks Mario to deliver the same Routing Slip to Mayor Kroop in Petalburg due to having a hernia. After the second delivery, Kroop asks Mario to deliver it back to Dour due to having a cold. When Mario delivers the slip, a thankful Dour rewards him with thirty coins, and the trouble is solved.
