Jammin' Jelly is the greatest FP-healing item in the Paper Mario series. The item can heal fifty FP.

This item will come in handy during the final battles of Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Another handy use is against the two games' Chapter 6 bosses, Huff N. Puff and Smorg.

This item can also be cooked by mixing an Ultra Shroom and a Point Swap. Jammin' Jelly is the Syrup-counterpart to the Ultra Shroom, and the two put together make the Jelly Ultra. It is able to recover 50 HP and 50 FP.

• Left by silver Lil'-Oinks
• Occasionally dropped by an Amazee Dayzee
• One can be won at the 64th annual Trivia Contest (as Peach between chapter 5 and 6)
• One is found near the Mt. Lavalava entrance
• One is found in Flower Fields (In a tree near Lily)
• One is found in a hidden block (use Watt) in the Crystal Palace (near the Albino Rhino statues)
• Cooked by Tayce T. (Point Swap + Ultra Shroom)
• One is found outside of Bowser's Castle (after the second Bowser Gate).

• Traded for 67 Pianta Tokens at the Pianta Parlor (After Chapter 7)
